TheLinemen.com would like to introduce Defensive End and Offensive Tackle Courtney
Stanley.

Stanley, 6-1, 260 pounds, is from Cartersville, GA and played football at Cartersville High
School. He returns for his second season with the Renegades.

During the 2005 NIFL season, Stanley played in 15 games where he had 31.5 tackles
including two sacks.

Even though Stanley commutes to Rome from Cartersville he said, “I enjoy Rome. The
community treats you with respect and it would be a nice place to live.” When asked about
being a part of the Renegade Team he said, “I love the opportunity of being a Renegade for
the second year. Being a player and being part of a team is all that I know.”

For the upcoming season, his personal goals include to get better not only as a player but as
a person. His team goals include for them to be a leader and set an example for the
community as well as going all the way and winning the championship this time around.
